Kara is a co-owner of AVC and serves as the club’s Director of Operations. She has been coaching with AVC since 2017 and is currently the assistant coach for 17 Red. A Walsh Jesuit High School graduate, Kara was part of AVC’s inaugural season as a player before continuing her career at Loyola University Maryland, where she competed as a Division I libero/defensive specialist for four years. Outside of volleyball, she works professionally as a financial analyst.
