Winter Weather Advisory - AVC's policy is for each family to make a decision if travel is too risky. If you decide not to travel to practice because of weather, please notify the coach. The Club will notify via the website if the gym is shutdown due to weather.
 


Congratulations on earning an Open Bid!



The 16 National Team coached by Rob Cline & Paul Schiffer earned an Open Bid from the Northeast Qualifier in Philadelphia on April 14th. They will compete at The Girl's Junior Olympic Nationals Tournament to be held in Minneapolis, MN this summer.

Summer Programs

Summer Beach Program

AVC begins it's second season of competition with the OVR in sanctioned boys' and girls' junior beach events. The program is open to any boy or girl ages 10-18 regardless of club affiliation during the indoor JO season.

Junior Volleyball College

Junior Volleyball College - Spring Session

Balance of instruction and playing time once a week throughout the season. Staffed by experienced USA Club coaches. Age and skill levels are split for the program. Good for beginners and intermediate players.

AVC 17 National Team is National Champion Runner-Up at AAU


AVC 17 National team coached by Phil White and Sheree Harvey finished 2nd overall at the AAU National Championships in Orlando, Florida. The team now travels to Dallas, Texas to compete in the USAV National Championships where they are the favorite to win. Nice Job Team!

Cleveland Clinic Foundation Sponsors AVC


AVC is very proud to announce that the Cleveland Clinic Foundation (CCF) is the official Health Care Services sponsor of AVC. AVC has teamed up with The Cleveland Clinic to be the exclusive Health Care service sponsor and will offer medical assistance to AVC club members. The Cleveland Clinic will provide same day or next day appointment service to AVC athletes in case of injury or other sports medicine needs. AVC will receive and distribute a Medical Directory from The Cleveland Clinic. CCF will also provide periodic on-site injury clinics staffed by an Ohio Licensed, National Athletic Trainer's Association Certified Athletic Trainer. 

Cleveland Clinic Scholarship
The Cleveland Clinic is AVC's first Diamond level sponsor and will provide financial assistance to select athlete's families to go towards club dues. All AVC athletes can apply for this assistance which will be granted based primarily on need, academics, and athleticism. More details on this program will be communicated to AVC members soon.
