Media & Picture Day: January 30th & 31st

Each team will be assigned a date and time slot on either January 30th or 31st.  There will be NO makeup picture day or changes.

*17 Red, 17 White and 18 Red will be scheduled for a different date, as they are competing over the 30th & 31st

FOR THE KIDS:

• Bring your uniforms (all jerseys) to the media days.
• You should arrive 15 minutes before your start time so we can give you a walk through and be in and out.
• Depending on the package you chose, have poses ready that you want to do. 

FOR THE PARENTS:

• Please ensure your child is at AVC 15 minutes before they are scheduled to be photographed.
• Packages may be upgraded day of. Please inform the check-in personnel so they can communicate the change in package to the crew upstairs.
• There will be no make-up date! Due to the size of this operation, Colby & his team cannot offer a make-up date. What they can offer is a make-up time. If your child is not able to make the designated time for your team, they can join another team, but they will not be in their team photo. Please coordinate this with Meredith ahead of time so she can let the photographers know.

PACKAGE INFORMATION & BREAKDOWN:

• All photos are digital delivery only. If you purchase any photos, you are welcome to order prints from anywhere you would like.
• All photos of siblings together are FREE with any paid individual photo package. Please have the set of siblings inform the photographer that they are indeed siblings, and they will make sure that the photo gets taken.
• Order Option Details:
  • Team Photo Only – One copy of each of the team photos taken of your child’s team ($20)
  • Standard – Two headshots and one full body pose on the white backdrop plus the team photo | minimum of 4 photos delivered ($75)
  • Advanced – Everything from the Standard package plus photos of one of the premium backdrops and multiple poses | minimum of 7 photos delivered ($150)
  • Premium – Everything from the Standard and Advanced packages plus photos on the second premium backdrop with multiple poses | minimum of 12 photos delivered ($250)
• Description of Backdrops:
  • Premium Backdrop One will feature an AVC-branded custom wall
  • Premium Backdrop Two will feature a red backdrop with AVC-branded lockers and décor
  • Both backdrops will have a custom AVC bedazzled ball available to them
