Media & Picture Day: January 10th & 11th

Each team will be assigned a date and time slot on either January 10th or 11th.  There will be NO makeup picture day or changes.

FOR THE KIDS:

• Bring your uniforms (all jerseys) to the media days.
• You should arrive 15 minutes before your start time so we can give you a walk through and be in and out.
• Depending on the package you chose, have poses ready that you want to do. 

FOR THE PARENTS:

• Please ensure your child is at AVC 15 minutes before they are scheduled to be photographed.
• Before NOON on January 8th, please fill out the google form at this link https://forms.gle/SHcvm19CaQ1Jy7pz7
• There will be no make-up date! Due to the size of this operation, I cannot offer a make-up date. What I can offer is a make-up time. If your child is not able to make the designated time for your team, they can join another team, but they will not be in their team photo.
• Photographer will collect payment from the team coach/parent via an invoice with order details for each athlete on it. 

The week of the media day, the photographer will send out a PDF posing guide for the girls. The girls will be able to pick whatever poses they want from that guide so they can come in prepared the day of!
