Craig’s passion for volleyball began in 7th grade in Pennsylvania, where he played through high school before continuing his collegiate career at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) and Ball State University.
With over 15 years of experience coaching high school volleyball in Pennsylvania and Ohio, he has built a strong track record of developing athletes and fostering competitive teams. 2024-25 marks his first season coaching club volleyball at AVC, but he brings a wealth of experience, having coached club teams for over 25 years in Ohio and Florida.
Throughout his coaching career, Craig has been committed to developing well-rounded athletes by focusing on technical skills, game strategy, and mental toughness. He takes pride in mentoring players to reach their full potential, both on and off the court. His coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, teamwork, and a growth mindset, helping athletes prepare for the next level of competition.
