Erika began coaching for AVC in 2020. She has played volleyball since second grade and has also played JO and Sand. She is also the Head JV Coach at Highland High School in Medina. Throughout her coaching career, she has coached all levels of volleyball (National, American, and Regional). Erika loves helping players develop their volleyball skills as well as helping them develop life skills. Erika has a passion for volleyball and helping to develop young minds and help them achieve their volleyball goals.
