Mandy has over a decade of coaching experience acquired on and off over the past 25 years as a club coach (10U-16Us), camp director, and working 1:1. In 2023, she began her high school coaching career as she led Beaumont School to the district finals and was named conference co-coach of the year. She played college volleyball at Edinboro University (Pennsylvania) as a 6-rotation middle blocker. Her coaching philosophy focuses on effort and attitude to build the best athlete on and off the court.
