Paul is one of the founders of AVC. He is currently the Head Coach for 18 Red and the Assistant Coach of 17 Red. He was the Assistant Coach on the 2015 AAU National Championship 17 National team. He has coached several teams to OVR Championships as well as leading his teams to USAV Nationals 15 times. Paul has served as a Coach for teams that have qualified open (12 times). He has coached 148 athletes that have gone on to play in college, including 90+ D1 athletes. He has coached at the CYO, Regional, National and Open level. He also serves as the Business Development and Housing Director for the club.
