Arian joined the AVC coaching staff for the 2022-23 season. She graduated from Independence High school then went on to play volleyball at Ashland University. After graduation, she traveled to Indiana Tech as a graduate assistant volleyball coach for 3 years before returning to Ashland University as an assistant coach for 3 years. Her current coaching position is with Independence High School as the JV coach and assistant varsity coach. Arian is a registered Behavioral Technician working with the behavioral health team for the Independence School District.
