Lucija Radujkovic is excited to join the AVC group. She has coached multiple youth sports for the last 20 years. During that time, she led numerous youth teams to undefeated soccer seasons. Additionally, she coached basketball, travel softball and of course volleyball!
Lucija’s coaching style focuses on individual player progression and development demonstrated throughout the season through positive feedback and game simulation practices. She always encourages the girls to be competitive, but to also have fun and respect their teammates, opposing players and the referees.
