Pam joined AVC in 2022 to coach the 11 White team. Pam played high school volleyball at Maple Heights High School. She coached at Valley Forge High School for five years. She then took a break from coaching to raise her daughter and son who were both involved in club volleyball and soccer programs. Her children are now grown and that gave her the opportunity to get back into coaching. She is currently a 4th grade teacher for Parma City Schools. She just loves working with this age group and really emphasizes helping players develop the love for the game of volleyball along with the basic skills needed.
